Personal data
The contact form sends your request to Professor+ by email, through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Only the information you type is sent. Web3Forms keeps submissions for at most three years, under its privacy policy.
When you write to us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we use the information you choose to share — first name, phone number, email, school and year group, level of Italian, tests, availability, message — only to answer your request and, if lessons are agreed, to organise and follow them. The necessary details are passed on to the proposed teacher. They are never sold or used for advertising, and are kept for as long as that follow-up requires.
